  Had the opportunity to visit Newport for a few hours,whilst on my vacation, and whilst exploring got a little peckish. I found this quaint place whilst traversing the streets, so looked at the menu in the window, and the BBQ pulled pork caught my eye, so I had to go in to sample this dish!
  
  Service was fast, efficient, and with a smile. The food was great and reasonably priced.
  
  If I ever find myself in Newport again, I shall return here to eat :)

  The food is great. There's no doubt about that. But, the service is less than average. Everything was "oh, yeah, I'll go get that" or they would just not check on us/bring us things for a long time. We played it smart and ordered everything up front and then asked for the check well before we were done. And, look, if you have the whole day, this is the place. Atmosphere is great, food is great, but the staff is in no hurry, so hopefully you aren't either.

  Irish pub with a good Irish menu. Went with the corned beef dinner, it was good. People with me had the onion soup, I gave it a try and was impressed. Great place for a pint when not eating but the place can get loud.
